The essentials

MyCashStation provides an event cash-vending experience in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This notice describes information collected through mycashstation.ca.

We use your enquiry details to discuss your event, prepare a quote and coordinate a booking if you decide to proceed. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Optional analytics and advertising tools are controlled separately through your cookie preferences.

When you send an enquiry

The first enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, event city and event date if known. If you arrive from a service option on the page, that choice is included with your enquiry. Other planning details can be discussed during follow-up.

We use this information to respond to you, check the details of your request and discuss the next steps. The form does not collect payment card details. The notice beside the submit button explains that we will use your details to follow up about this event; it is not a marketing signup.

If you arrive through a recognized campaign link, general source, channel, campaign and post labels may be saved with your enquiry to help us understand how you found us. The form does not save the full referring URL or arbitrary campaign text.

Enquiries are sent to our Supabase database. You see a success message after the website receives confirmation that your enquiry was saved. If saving fails, the form displays an error so you can try again or contact us directly.

Services used by the website

  • Supabase: stores the contact and event details submitted through the enquiry form.
  • Calendly: choosing “Continue to calendar” saves your enquiry first, then opens Calendly so you can select a consultation time. Your name, email and phone are not added to the calendar URL. You may provide information to Calendly to arrange the call; opening it does not itself book a call.
  • Google Analytics 4: if you allow analytics, it measures page visits and interactions such as service selections and enquiry submissions. Our measurement events do not include the contact details or free-text notes from your enquiry.
  • Meta: advertising measurement can run only when a Meta Pixel has been configured for the site and you allow advertising cookies. It is separate from analytics consent.
  • Website hosting and fonts: the site and its fonts are delivered by service providers. Your browser sends technical request information, such as its IP address and browser information, when it loads these resources.

These services have their own privacy notices: Supabase, Calendly, Google and Meta. Their processing locations depend on the service and its settings; this website does not promise that all information stays in Canada.

Cookies and your choices

You can accept optional measurement, reject it, or choose analytics and advertising separately. The enquiry form works when both optional categories are turned off.

Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Different browsers and devices keep their own preferences. Clearing your browser’s storage also clears this choice.

After your enquiry is saved, this tab remembers the confirmation for up to 30 minutes so you can return from Calendly without filling out the form again. This session storage contains only the save time and service choice, not your contact details. Starting a new enquiry clears it.

Turning a category off stops future measurement events from the website for that category and removes the known first-party measurement cookies the website can access. It does not erase information already received by a provider.

Questions or changes to your information

For questions about how your information is used, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@mycashstation.ca. You can also ask us to stop following up about your enquiry.

Include enough information for us to find your enquiry, but do not send identification documents or other sensitive information unless we request them through an appropriate process.

For general information about privacy in Canada, visit the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Updates to this notice

We will update this page when the website’s information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.

The site remembers your choices. Optional measurement stays off unless you enable it.
