An enquiry starts the conversation

Tell us about your date, location and celebration through the enquiry form. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking and does not reserve a machine or date.

Sending your event details saves your enquiry. You can then choose a 15-minute consultation if it would help, or leave it with us to follow up. A call is optional, and neither an enquiry nor a call reserves your event date.

Choose the notes for your celebration

US $1 bills: guests purchase bundles of US $1 bills at the station for the money spray. We’ll discuss the available bundle options, event arrangements and guest pricing with you.

Custom keepsake notes: your names, photos or event design on printed keepsake notes for your guests. These are souvenirs, not currency. Tell us whether you’re interested in notes with a station rental or a notes-only order.

The quote sets out your event

Before you confirm, your quote and booking agreement should clearly describe:

• Date and location: your event date, venue, delivery area and service hours.
• Package and price: what is included, the note option, quantities, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other fees.
• Setup and support: access to the venue, power and placement needs, delivery and collection timing, service hours and refill arrangements.
• Custom-note artwork: design scope, proof approval, revision limits and production lead time.
• Custom-note proceeds: if a host payout is part of the arrangement, how it is calculated, which costs or fees are deducted, how refunds affect it and when it will be settled.
• Booking requirements: the steps that confirm your booking, payment schedule, cancellation or rescheduling terms and any deadlines.

Prices, availability and service arrangements are confirmed for your specific event. Website enquiries and informal conversations do not replace the agreed quote and booking terms.

A few useful things to have ready

An estimated guest count, your venue or city, an approximate event schedule and your preferred note option help us understand what you need. We can discuss the venue and other details during follow-up. Leave the event date blank if it is still undecided.

For custom keepsake notes, we’ll discuss the design and artwork deadline before production. For machine bookings, we’ll agree the practical setup and support details with you before the event.
